By using Banglabd's website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before creating an account.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Banglabd and its members. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Banglabd's services.
• Banglabd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Banglabd's services are not available to individuals in regions where online betting is prohibited by law.

To open an account with Banglabd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct full name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Identity can be verified using a NID, passport, or driving licence.
• Keep your account password confidential — do not share it with any third party.

Banglabd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• 1–3 hours for regular members; faster for VIP members.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Banglabd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own terms and conditions.

General bonus terms:

• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 15x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• A maximum bet limit of ৳5,000 per bet applies when using bonus funds.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets on Banglabd are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time — once a bet is confirmed, the odds applicable at that moment will apply.

• Match cancelled: If a match is cancelled or suspended, all bets on that match will be void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• DLS rules: In cricket, if the result is determined by the DLS method, that result will be considered final.
• Technical errors: Banglabd reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error in the odds system.
• Maximum win: The maximum win from a single bet is ৳50,00,000 — if winnings exceed this amount, Banglabd may adjust the payout at its own discretion.
• Live Betting: Banglabd is not liable for bet acceptance issues caused by internet delays during live betting.

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all Banglabd members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Arbing — coordinated betting to exploit bonus benefits unfairly.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Unauthorized fund transfers or money laundering activities involving the account.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
• Submitting false identity or fraudulent documents.

If any of the above activities are confirmed, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Banglabd reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and for any reason. Under normal circumstances, notice will be provided with an explanation.

Members can close their account themselves:

• You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Please withdraw any available balance before your account is closed.
• A self-exclusion request will lock the account for a specified period.

Banglabd takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. We collect information solely for the purpose of delivering our services and ensuring security.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• User information will not be shared with any government authority unless required by law.
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
